1. Add chicken mince, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, Wooster sauce, oregano powder, beaten egg, bread sliced and milk.<br />
2. Mix all well and make in the shape of thin patties (big kebabs) dip in prepared batter.<br />
3. Then roll in dry self raising flour, freeze till required.<br />
4. Finally shallow fry.<br />

1. Grind together green chillies, ginger garlic paste, mint leaves and coriander leaves into a fine paste.<br />

3. Leave it for at least 4 hours.<br />

4. Remove, cool custard completely.<br />

1. Chicken mince, mix in it salt, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, all spice, roasted gram flour, ground raw onion and ghee.<br />
2. Mix all very well and marinate for half an hour.<br />
Make in the shape of kafta kabab (long kebab like seekh kebab), put a burning coal, drop some oil and cover for few minutes.<br />
3. Shallow fry these kebabs in frying pan.<br />
