Chicken 1 kg
Green chilies 8
Tomatoes slice 1/2 kg
Oil 3/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Cumin, crushed & heaped 1 1/2 tsp
1. Heat oil, add chicken and fry for ten minutes.
2. Add ginger garlic paste and slices of tomatoes, cover and cook for ten minutes.
3. Then add salt, green chilies, roasted crushed cumin and black pepper.
4. Cook over high flame till chicken is tender and oil comes on top.
5. Shanwari karahi is ready for serve.
